IN RE AARON EARL CARTER JR., Relator

Original Proceeding from the 204th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F01-00923-Q

ORDER

Before the Court is relator's motion for leave to file a petition for writ of mandamus and for leave to supplement the petition. A motion for leave is not required to file a petition for writ of mandamus in an intermediate appellate court. TEX. R. APP. P. 52.1. The Court docketed relator's appeal as an original proceeding per his request and filed his supplemental materials. Accordingly, we DENY relator's motion for leave as moot.
