MEMORANDUM OPINION


On December 28, 2005, relators Carrington Laboratories, Inc. and G. Scott Vogel filed a motion to dismiss the original proceeding because the parties had settled all claims related to the underlying cause of action. We GRANT the motion to dismiss. We DISMISS this original proceeding.
