Petition by the commissioner of children and youth services to terminate the parental rights of the respondent mother with respect to her minor child, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven, Juvenile Matters at New Haven, and tried to the court, Burns, J.; judgment terminating the respondent's parental rights, from which the respondent appealed to this court. Affirmed.
