THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on July 17, 2003 (___ Cal.App.4th ___), be modified in the following respects:

On page 15, line 13 of the typewritten opinion, change the term "family court" to "probate court".

On page 18, lines 7 and 8 of the typewritten opinion, delete the sentence reading, "Furthermore, grandmother may wish to seek to establish legal guardianship in the family court pursuant to the Probate Code."

This modification does not effect a change in judgment.
