Case No. 10-13256-PB11 R/S No. JWB-3

03-09-2012

In re DAVID SCOTT CARPENTER, Debtor.

WRITTEN DECISION - NOT FOR PUBLICATION

ORDER ON MOTION TO

APPROVE LEASE

Debtor submitted an application to approve a lease of the property at 1942 S. Pacific Street, Oceanside, CA. Because this case has been ordered converted to one under Chapter 7, debtor's authority to seek approval has been superseded by the trustee that has been or will be appointed. Accordingly, this matter is no longer under submission, and is ordered off calendar. If a trustee seeks authority to enter into a lease, the trustee may notice it for resolution appropriately.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
