ORDER


The Court having considered the Application for Allowance of Compensation and Reimbursement for Expenses of the Trustee, no response having been filed and the Court being sufficiently advised;

IT IS ORDERED that Atkinson, Simms Kermode is allowed compensation in the amount of $17,972.17 and reimbursement of expenses in the amount of $766.31.

Pursuant to Local Rule 9022-1(c), counsel for the trustee shall cause a copy of this order to be served on each of the parties, not electronically served, designated to receive this order pursuant to Local Rule 9022-1(a) and shall file with the Court a certificate of service of the order upon such parties within (10) ten days thereof.
