ORDER

The motion for immediate consideration is GRANTED.

The motion to waive the requirements of MCR 7.209(A) is GRANTED.

The motion for stay of the trial court's August 7, 2023 order is GRANTED. The stay shall remain in effect until the trial court complies the dictates of our July 26, 2023 order. As provided in that order, the minor child shall not be permitted to travel to a country that is not a signatory to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction. Further, the child shall not be permitted to travel internationally until such time as the trial court has ordered a parenting time plan according to the dictates of our previous order. Upon entry of an order that satisfies these directives, the trial court shall file the order with this Court. At that time, this Court will determine whether it is appropriate to lift the stay.

This Court retains jurisdiction.
