AND NOW, this 19^th day of October, 2021, upon consideration of the responses to a Notice and Order directing Scott J. Capriglione, a/k/a Scott Joseph Capriglione, to provide reasons against the imposition of a suspension reciprocal to that imposed by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Scott J. Capriglione, a/k/a Scott Joseph Capriglione, is suspended from the practice of law in this Commonwealth for a period of one year. He shall comply with all the provisions of Pa.R.D.E. 217.
