Petitioner's “Application for Sealing Order for Portions of Habeas Petition and Volume II of its Supporting Exhibits” filed on October 30, 2020, is granted. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 8.46.) As to the habeas petition, the accompanying memorandum of points and authorities, Exhibit 14, the redacted portions of Exhibit 17 at pp. 262-284, and Exhibit 21, the court makes the findings required by California Rules of Court, rules 2.550, subdivision (d) and 8.46, subdivision (d)(6). The clerk is directed to publicly file Volume I of the exhibits in support of the petition for writ of habeas corpus, received on October 30, 2020, which contains exhibits 3, 11-13 and exhibits 19-20. The clerk is further directed to file under seal Volume II of the exhibits in support of the petition for writ of habeas corpus, received on October 30, 2020, which contains exhibits 1-2, 4-10, 14-18, and 21. The clerk is also directed to file under seal the document, received on October 30, 2020, entitled “Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, Verification; Memorandum of Points and Authorities [May Not Be Examined Without Court Order - Contains Material From Sealed and Conditionally Sealed Records].”
