ORDER
Relators Thomas N. Campbell, Christy W. Kolva, Isabelle Campbell, Ashley Gates, Foster Management, L.L.C., and Foster Timber, Ltd. filed a petition for writ of mandamus. The relators are plaintiffs in trial cause number 18-12-15871, currently pending in the 284th District Court of Montgomery County, Texas. Relators seek an emergency stay of the trial court's post-arbitration discovery order, signed on June 4, 2020, which requires that an associate on relators' trial team be orally deposed on June 11, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. We note our jurisdiction over this matter and the parties. See Tex. Gov't Code Ann. § 22.221.
Relators allege that they will suffer irreparable harm if the deposition occurs before the issues raised in the petition for writ of mandamus can be resolved. The Court finds that temporary relief is necessary to prevent undue prejudice. It is ORDERED that all further proceedings in Cause No. 18-12-15871 are STAYED until our Opinion issues or until further order of this Court. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.10(b). No bond is required of the relators as a condition to any relief herein granted.
The response of the real parties in interest to the petition for writ of mandamus is due Monday, June 22.
