ORDER

This matter is before the Court upon Petition of the Board of Commissioners on Grievances and Discipline asking for an order temporarily suspending the license to practice law of the Respondent, Larkin Vanderbilt Campbell, pursuant to Section 6, Rule 413, SCACR, on the grounds that he has entered a plea of guilty to a serious crime as defined in the Rule.

It appears that the respondent has entered a plea of guilty to a serious crime, and should be temporarily suspended from the practice of law.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Respondent's license to practice law is temporarily suspended until further order of this Court.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this order be filed and served, and, in accordance with Section 6(a), Rule 413, SCACR, said order shall be made public.
