DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated January 28, 2019, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel. By letter dated March 10, 2020, counsel requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated June 3, 2020, counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated June 9, 2020, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by July 6, 2020. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.

Garry, P.J., Clark, Mulvey and Devine, JJ., concur.
