MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator, Jason Colby Callicotte, has filed a petition for writ of mandamus, seeking to compel the trial court to hold a hearing on relator's application for pretrial writ of habeas corpus.
The underlying cases are The State of Texas v. Jason Colby Callicotte, Cause Nos. 1598938 and 1606724, in the 174th District Court of Harris County, Texas, the Honorable Hazel B. Jones presiding.
We deny the petition. All pending motions are dismissed as moot.
