DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by Edward A. Calisto, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on June 8, 1994, to change his name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Edward Afonso Calisto.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further, ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Edward A. Calisto to Edward Afonso Calisto, effective immediately.
