1. Respondent Cabry is granted until June 21, 2022, to file his pretrial brief and the Judicial Conduct Board is granted until July 6, 2022, to file a brief in response; and, 2. The Trial in this matter will be held on August 10, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, 530 Walnut Street, 17th Floor, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19106.
