Appeal from the 383rd District Court of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 2011AG4397) ORDER
The Court has determined that the automatic bankruptcy stay does not apply to Luis A. Castelo, Jr.'s appeal from the child support order. It is therefore ordered that the appeal is reinstated. The Clerk of the Court is directed to file in this appeal the clerk's record and reporter's record previously filed in a related appeal, cause number 08-13-00146-CV. The parties may request that the clerk's record or reporter's record be supplemented as permitted by Rules 34.5(c) and 34.6(d) of the Rules of Appellate Procedure. Appellant's brief is due to be filed thirty days from the date of this order. It is ordered that this appeal will be submitted on the same date as cause number 08-13-00146-CV.
Further, the Court has determined that the instant appeal must be consolidated with cause number 08-13-00146-CV because both appeals arise out of the same trial court cause number and the same judgment. It is therefore ORDERED that cause numbers 08-13-00074-CV and 08-13-00146-CV shall be consolidated for purposes of submission and oral argument in the event oral argument is permitted.
