Opinion

No. 05-07-00902-CV

Opinion issued July 20, 2007.

Original Proceeding from the 254th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 05-17909.

Before Justices MORRIS, RICHTER, and MAZZANT.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

In his petition for writ of habeas corpus, relator complains that the trial court's order holding him in contempt and committing him to jail is void. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has failed to show he is entitled to the relief requested. Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of habeas corpus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3; 52.3(j)(1); 52.7(a); and 52.8(a); Ex Parte Sealy, 870 S.W.2d 663, 666 (Tex.App.-Houston [1st Dist.] 1994, orig. proceeding). We further DENY as moot relator's July 19, 2007 motion for emergency relief.
