On May 17, 2017, Relator filed a motion requesting this original proceeding be abated until the resolution of the June 15, 2017 hearing on Relator's expunction petition. Respondent has filed a response stating Respondent is unopposed to the motion.
Relator' motion for abatement is GRANTED. This original proceeding is abated pending further order of this court.
