DECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION
Application by Zisca Romaine Burkley, who was admitted to the Bar at a term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court in the Second Judicial Department on November 14, 2001, to change her name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law to Zisca R. St. Clair.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall change the applicant's name on the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law from Zisca Romaine Burkley to Zisca R. St. Clair, effective immediately.
