OBJECTION TO CERTAIN CLAIMS
Because the debtors and Mark Einstein, Darlene Scher (as assignee of Equity Trust Company), Estate of Howard Alan Diener, Vadim Fishkin, H.A.D., Inc. and Art Scher (collectively, "Claimants"), are currently circulating for signature a settlement agreement that resolves all of the objections to the claims filed by Claimants raised in the Debtors' First Omnibus Objection to Certain Claims ("Objection"), and the deadline for Claimants to file a response to the Objection is September 4, 2012, debtors and Claimants, by their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree that the time within which each Claimant is required to file a response to the Objection is extended to and including October 16, 2012.
