DARLENE SCHER, ESTATE OF HOWARD ALAN DIENER, VADIM FISHKIN, H.A.D.,
INC. AND ART SCHER MUST RESPOND TO DEBTORS' FIRST OMNIBUS
OBJECTION TO CERTAIN CLAIMS
Because the debtors and Mark Einstein, Darlene Scher (as assignee of Equity Trust Company), Estate of Howard Alan Diener, Vadim Fishkin, H.A.D., Inc. and Art Scher (collectively, "Claimants"), are currently engaged in the drafting of a settlement agreement that will resolve all of the objections to the claims filed by Claimants raised in the Debtors' First Omnibus Objection to Certain Claims ("Objection"), and the deadline for Claimants to file a response to the Objection is July 17, 2012, debtors and Claimants, by their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree that the time within which each Claimant is required to file a response to the Objection is extended to and including September 4, 2012.
