IN RE WILLIAM BRYANT BUCKNER

Original Proceeding County Court at Law No. 2 of Orange County, Texas Trial Cause No. E230008-D

Before Golemon, C.J., Horton and Johnson, JJ.

ORDER

PER CURIAM

William Bryant Buckner, Relator, filed a petition for a writ of habeas corpus, alleging his confinement for contempt pursuant to an order of the County Court at Law No. 2 of Orange County, Texas, in his civil divorce and custody case, is illegal because he was deprived of liberty without due process of law. In a habeas corpus proceeding, the Court may order the relator's discharge on execution and filing of a bond in an amount set by the Court. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(b)(3). It is, therefore, ORDERED that Relator, William Bryant Buckner, shall be released from confinement in the Orange County Jail upon Relator executing and filing with the Sheriff of Orange County a good and sufficient appearance bond or security, conditioned as required by law, in the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). A copy of the approved executed bond shall be forwarded to the Clerk of the Court of Appeals.
