ORDER
Before the Court is appellant's "motion challenging the order sustaining contest to inability to pay court costs." See TEX. R. CIV. P. 145(g)(1). Pursuant to Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 145(g)(3), we ORDER Official Court Reporter Elizabeth Neve Griffin to file a reporter's record of the hearing on the contest. See id. 145(g)(3). We further ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file a supplemental clerk's record containing the affidavit of indigence, all contests, proof of service of the notice of the contest hearing, and the trial court's order sustaining the contest. See id. The requested reporter's and clerk's records shall be filed without prepayment of costs no later than May 22, 2017. See id. Extension motions will be disfavored.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Griffin, Ms. Pitre, and the parties.
