Opinion

No. 05-06-01483-CV

Opinion issued November 21, 2006.

Original Proceeding from the 296th Judicial District Court, Collin County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 296-3096-06.

Writ of Mandamus Denied.

Before Justices MOSELEY, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relators contend the trial court abused its discretion in granting the real party's petition to take depositions before suit. Based on the record before us, we conclude relators have not shown that the trial court abused its discretion. See Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-40 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relators' petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex.R.App.P. 52.8(a).
