Opinion

In re B.S., a Person Coming Under the Juvenile Court Law. THE PEOPLE, Plaintiff and Respondent, v. B.S., Defendant and Appellant. B195163 California Court of Appeal, Second District, Fifth Division September 17, 2007

NOT TO BE PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL REPORTS

APPEAL from a judgment of the Superior Court of Los Angeles County. Stephanie Davis, Referee, Los Angeles County Super. Ct. No. YJ26691

Jonathan B. Steiner, Ann Krausz, and California Appellate Project, under appointment by the Court of Appeal, for Defendant and Appellant.

No appearance for Plaintiff and Respondent.

ARMSTRONG, J.

B.S. ("minor") appeals from the order sustaining the Welfare and Institutions Code section 600 petition filed on November 24, 2006, and from the order that he be placed in camp, dated November 9, 2006. We appointed counsel to represent him on this appeal.

After examination of the record, counsel filed an opening brief which contained an acknowledgment that they had been unable to find any arguable issues. On June 11, 2007, we advised minor that he had 30 days in which to personally submit any contentions or issues which he wished U.S. to consider. No response has been received to date.

We have examined the entire record and are satisfied that minor's appellate attorneys have fully complied with their responsibilities and that no arguable issues exist. (People v. Wende (1979) 25 Cal.3d 436, 441.)

The judgment is affirmed.

We concur: TURNER, P. J., MOSK, J.
