Appeal by Marta Bryceland from an order of the Family Court, Richmond County, dated April 26, 2021.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
