REPONDENT JUDGE MARISSA J. BRUMBACH'S ANSWER TO THE PETITION FOR RELIEF FOR INTERIM SUSPENSION WITHOUT PAY

Respondent Judge Marissa J. Brumbach, by and through the undersigned counsel, does hereby answer the Judicial Conduct Board's Petition For Relief For Interim Suspension Without Pay as follows:

1. The allegations in this paragraph constitute conclusions of law to which no responsive pleading is required, accordingly, they are denied.

4. Admitted in part; denied in part. It is admitted that President Judge Dugan assigned Judge Brumbach to administrative duty. The remaining allegations in this paragraph constitute conclusions of law to which no responsive pleading is required, accordingly, they are denied.
5. Denied. The allegations in this paragraph constitute conclusions of law to which no responsive pleading is required, accordingly, they are denied. By way of further response, it is specifically denied that Petitioner has averred legally sufficient claims that entitles it to any relief.
