IN RE: Judge Marissa J. Brumbach Municipal Court Judge 1st Judicial District Philadelphia County


ORDER

Daniel E. Baranoski, Conference Judge

AND NOW, this 5th day of July 2023, after the Pretrial Conference was held on all motions with counsel from both sides, this Court ORDERS the following:

1. The Motion to Compel filed by Judge Brumbaugh's counsel is DISMISSED as moot and the Judicial Conduct Board advises they are not in possession of the items requested;

2. Concerning the Motion to Issue Subpoenas Duces Tecum, that Motion is GRANTED. The recipients of those subpoenas may file any objections they may have with this Court;

3. The request for an extension of time for discovery is GRANTED until further Order of Court.
