Opinion

No. 05-08-01502-CV

Opinion issued November 18, 2008.

Original Proceeding from the 86th Judicial District Court, Kaufman County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 56215-86.

Before Justices WRIGHT, O'NEILL, and LANG.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

In this original mandamus proceeding, relator asks this Court to order the trial judge to vacate the temporary visitation orders, a contempt order, and a counseling order. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has not shown he is entitled to the relief requested. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); In re Prudential Ins. Co. of Am., 148 S.W.3d 124, 135-36 (Tex. 2004). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus.
