On Petition for Writ of Mandamus.

ORDER

Before Justices Garza, Perkes, and Longoria
Per CuriamOrder

Relator, Dr. Robert C. Bruce, filed a petition for writ of mandamus in the above cause on January 20, 2016. Through this original proceeding, Bruce seeks to compel the trial court to grant Bruce's motion to compel discovery of the City of McAllen's investigative file and his motion to compel the deposition of City of McAllen Commissioner Veronica Whitacre. The Court requests that the real parties in interest, the City of McAllen and Commissioner Veronica Whitacre, or any others whose interest would be directly affected by the relief sought, file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before the expiration of ten days from the date of this order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.2, 52.4, 52.8.
