PER CURIAM
Relator has filed a petition for writ of mandamus and a motion for emergency temporary relief. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.1, 52.10. We grant the motion for emergency temporary relief and stay the trial court's orders dated May 23, 2016, and June 17, 2016, and all proceedings, pending further order of this Court. The Court orders the real party in interest, Fine Line Commercial, LLC, to file a response to the petition for writ of mandamus on or before July 5, 2016.
