Original Proceeding Dallas County, Texas.
Writ of Mandamus Dismissed.

MEMORANDUM OPINION
Relator Ada Brown, incumbent judge of and Republican candidate for Dallas County Criminal Court No. 1, filed a petition for writ of mandamus to compel Dallas County Democratic Party Chair Darlene Ewing to remove candidate Dan Patterson's name from the list of Democratic nominees for the November general election. Relator asserts that Patterson, who is running for the same office as relator, filed defective petitions as part of the ballot application for the Democratic Party primary election held in March. Based on the record before us, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. Elec. Code Ann. § 141.034(a) (Vernon 2003).
