Opinion

No. 05-07-01207-CV

Opinion issued September 19, 2007.

Original Proceeding from the 192nd Judicial District Court, Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. 02-10786-K.

Before Justices MOSELEY, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Relator contends the trial court erred in its date selection for discovery in its order granting motion to compel and motion for ruling on objections to written discovery. The facts and issues are well known to the parties, so we need not recount them herein. Based on the record before us, we conclude relator has failed to show the trial court clearly abused its discretion. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(a); Walker v. Packer, 827 S.W.2d 833, 839-44 (Tex. 1992) (orig. proceeding). Accordingly, we DENY relator's petition for writ of mandamus. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.3.
