Before this court is an emergency motion filed by appellant requesting that this court stay enforcement of the trial court's order of enforcement signed January 12, 2024. Appellee filed his response on June 4, 2024.
After considering both the motion and the response, the court concludes that the motion should be, and hereby is, denied. The court hereby lifts the temporary stay it issued on May 30, 2024.
