An unpublished order of this Court, having been entered January 30, 2004 (M-56), accepting petitioner's non-disciplinary resignation and removing her name from the roll of attorneys and counselors-at-law in the State of New York, effective the date thereof, And petitioner (who, as Melanie Joy Jagendorf) was admitted to practice as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York at a Term of the Appellate Division of the Supreme Court for the First Judicial Department on August 16, 1993), having moved this Court on June 13, 2022, for an order reinstating her as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, And the Attorney Grievance Committee, by Jorge Dopico, its Chief Attorney, having submitted a letter, dated June 10, 2022, stating that there are no pending investigations or charges against petitioner, nor any information on file indicating any current misconduct or potential investigation, and that the Committee takes no position on the motion, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, it is unanimously,
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and petitioner is reinstated as an attorney and counselor-at-law in the State of New York, effective the date hereof, and it is further
ORDERED that petitioner is directed to immediately register with, and pay to, the Office of Court Administration any applicable registration fees in compliance with Judiciary Law § 468-a.
