ORDER MODIFYING OPINION; NO CHANGE IN JUDGMENT

O’LEARY, J.

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on July 19, 2007, be modified in the following particulars:

1. On page 2, first paragraph, delete second sentence, and replace with the following: “Mother contends the juvenile court should have applied the benefit exception (Welf. & Inst. Code, § 366.26, subd. (c)(1)(A)) to select a permanent plan other than adoption.”

All further statutory references are to the Welfare and Institutions Code.

2. On page 5 through page 7, under the “DISCUSSION” heading, delete the first subheading and the first two full paragraphs of the Discussion.

3. On page 7, delete “Benefit Exception” subheading only.

This modification does not effect a change in judgment.
