Respondent-appellant having applied for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Genesee County, entered December 23, 2020,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed on the ground that appellant lacks standing to appeal (see Matter of April C., 31 AD3d 1200, 1201 [4th Dept 2006]), and
It is further ORDERED that the application is dismissed.
