On page 3, the following sentence is inserted in the first paragraph after the first complete sentence:
On April 6, 2007, Brandons appellate counsel filed a supplemental
letter brief agreeing that the court erred by its failure to declare the character of these offenses.
The modification does not affect the judgment.
