This proceeding arises out of Cause No. 1985CR3726W, styled The State of Texas v. Harold Bowens, pending in the 290th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas, the Honorable Melisa Skinner presiding.

On August 26, 2013, relator filed a second supplemental petition for writ of mandamus. The court has considered relator's petition and supplemental petitions and is of the opinion that relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, relator's second supplemental petition for writ of mandamus is DENIED. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
