Original Mandamus Proceeding PER CURIAM Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Marialyn Barnard, Justice Patricia O. Alvarez, Justice PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENIED

This proceeding arises out of Cause No. B-11270, styled The State of Texas v. Matthew Steven Bovee, pending in the 198th Judicial District Court, Kerr County, Texas, the Honorable Rex Emerson presiding.

On March 15, 2017, Relator filed a petition for writ of mandamus. The court has considered the petition and is of the opinion Relator is not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a).
