Bankruptcy Case No. 02-OO112

April 29, 2002

ORDER

This case is before the Court on a Motion to Employ Attorney and to Pay Attorney's Fees, filed by the debtor-in-possession (the "debtor") on April 25, 2002. The debtor moves to employ David J. Highsmith, Esq. as her attorney in this bankruptcy proceeding, and Attorney Highsmith moves for payment of $472.50 in attorney's fees for legal services rendered. A certificate of service, however, was not filed with said motion, nor has one been filed since then. Accordingly, the Court DENIES the motion at this time since it fails to comply with the requirements of 11 U.S.C. § 330 and 331 and Bankruptcy Rules 2002 and 2014.
