ORDER AND NOTICE FOR HEARING 15 DISCLOSURE STATEMENT AND CHAPTER ELEVEN PLAN

To the Debtor, her creditors, and other parties in interest:

A Disclosure Statement and a Plan under Chapter Eleven of the Bankruptcy Code having been ftled by Isabel A. Borja on June 7, 2002, IT IS ORDERED and notice is hereby given, that:

1. The hearing to consider the approval of the Disclosure Statemenjt shall be held at the District Court of Guam on November 27, 2002, at 9:30 a.m.

2. November 12, 2002 is fixed as the last day for filing and serving in accordance with F.R.Bankr.P. 3017(a) written objections to the Disclosure Statement.

3. Within 5 days after entry of this order, the disclosure statement and the plan shall be distributed in accordance with Fed.R.Bank.P. 3017(a).

4. Requests for copies of the Disclosure Statement and Plan shall be mailed to the Debtor in Possession at her attorney's address and to the represenative of the United States Trustee:
