ORDER ON MATTERS UNDER SUBMISSION
PETER W. BOWIE, JUDGE UNITED STATES BANKRUPTCY COURT
Some time ago. Back when the debtor was appearing pro se, the Court took under submission motions filed by debtor and by one of the defendants. Since that time, debtor has employed counsel. At subsequent status conferences, counsel for the parties have appeared and represented to the Court that they were working on global settlement and, accordingly, were requesting further continuances.
To date, the Court has not been notified of any such resolution of the case. Given the passage of time and that the Court is unable to ascertain what, if anything, the parties need from the still-pending motions, the Court has determined to take those matters off calendar, without prejudice to any party applying to restore any such motion to the Court's active calendar upon properly noticed motion, made after obtaining a hearing date from the Court's Courtroom Deputy.
Accordingly, all matters in this adversary proceeding which are presently under submission shall be an hereby are taken off calendar and are no longer under submission.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
