CONSENT ORDER
This matter having been opened to the Court by the Office of Attorney Ethics, and with the consent of Francis V. Bonello of Long Branch, who was admitted to the bar of this State in 1965, through his attorney-in-fact, to be transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Rule 1:20-12;
And Francis V. Bonello ("counsel"), and the Office of Attorney Ethics having agreed that counsel lacks the capacity to engage in the practice of law and should be transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Rule 1:20-12;
And good cause appearing;
It is ORDERED that Francis V. Bonello is hereby transferred to disability inactive status, effective immediately, and until further order of the Court; and it is further
ORDERED that counsel shall not return to active status unless and until counsel demonstrates that counsel has regained the capacity to practice law; and it is further
ORDERED that counsel is hereby restrained from practicing law during the period that counsel remains on disability inactive status; and it is further ORDERED that all funds, if any, presently existing or hereinafter deposited in any attorney trust account in any New Jersey financial institution maintained by Francis V. Bonello pursuant to Rule 1:21-6 shall be restrained from disbursement and shall be transmitted by the banks which are the present custodians thereof to the Clerk of the Superior Court for deposit in the Superior Court Trust Fund pending further order of the Court; and it is further OREDERED that all funds, if any, presently existing in any attorney business account in any New Jersey financial institution maintained by Francis V. Bonello pursuant to Rule 1:21-6 shall be transferred to Francis V. Bonello; and it is further
ORDERED that counsel comply with Rule 1:20-20 governing incapacitated attorneys; and it is further
ORDERED that the entire record of this matter be made a permanent part of the file of Francis V. Bonello as an attorney at law of this State.
