STIPULATION AND CONSENT ORDER MODIFYING SCHEDULING ORDER


Lori Simpson, the Chapter 7 Trustee (the "Trustee") for the bankruptcy estate of John P. Boland (the "Debtor"), and Suzanne T. Boland (the "Defendant"), by their undersigned counsel hereby agree and stipulate as follows:

WHEREAS the Scheduling Order in the above-captioned adversary proceeding was entered on or about July 3, 2008.

WHEREAS both parties desire additional time to complete discovery.

NOW THEREFORE Plaintiff and Defendant do hereby agree, stipulate and consent as follows:

1. That the deadline for completion of discovery be extended from August 13, 2008 to October 14, 2008.

2. That all other dates established in the Scheduling Order shall remain unchanged.

Having reviewed the terms and conditions of this Stipulation and Consent Order and finding the terms and conditions contained herein to be reasonable; it is by the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland SO ORDERED.
