IN THE MATTER OF B.M.G.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

From the 386th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2015-JUV-00641
Honorable Laura Parker, Judge Presiding PER CURIAM Sitting: Karen Angelini, Justice Marialyn Barnard, Justice Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice DISMISSED FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

This is a precedential appeal from orders of adjudication and disposition in a juvenile case. The trial court signed both the order of adjudication and the order of disposition on August 31, 2015. Appellant timely filed a motion for new trial on September 24, 2015. Therefore, appellant's notice of appeal was due on November 30, 2015, ninety days from August 31, 2015. See TEX. R. APP. P. 26.1(a). A motion for extension of time to file appellant's notice of appeal was due on December 15, 2015. See TEX. R. APP. P. 26.3. Appellant did not file his notice of appeal until December 17, 2015. Because it appears that we lack jurisdiction to consider this appeal, we ordered appellant to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Appellant's response did not reflect that we have jurisdiction over this appeal. We therefore dismiss this appeal for lack of jurisdiction.
