Appellant B.M.G. filed a motion to withdraw his notices of appeal and dismiss these appeals. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a)(1). The Bexar County District Attorney's office was served with a copy of Appellant's motion, but the District Attorney's office has not filed a response.

We grant Appellant's motion and dismiss these appeals. See id. R. 42.1(a)(1).
