IN THE INTEREST OF B.M. AND M.M., CHILDREN

On Appeal from the 296th Judicial District Court Collin County, Texas Trial Court Cause No. 296-30022-2023

ORDER

BONNIE LEE GOLDSTEIN JUSTICE

Before the Court is appellant's July 19, 2024 motion for a thirty-day extension of time to file his brief. Because this is an accelerated appeal with an expedited disposition date, we GRANT the motion TO THE EXTENT THAT we ORDER the brief filed no later than August 7, 2024. We caution that further extension requests will be disfavored.

We note that our case management system reflects appellant is represented by Greg M. Gibbs and Sarah M. Rose. However, a supplemental clerk's record filed July 9, 2024 includes a copy of the trial court's order allowing Mr. Gibbs to withdraw. Accordingly, we DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to remove Mr. Gibbs as counsel for appellant.
