STIPULATION RE EXTENSION OF TIME FOR UNITED STATES TRUSTEE TO FILE OBJECTION TO APPLICATION TO RETAIN SPECIAL COUNSEL
Debtor and Debtor-in-Possession Lewis Bloom (the "Debtor") and the United States Trustee for Region 4 ("United States Trustee"), by and through their undersigned counsel, have agreed to extend the time upon which the United States Trustee can file his comments or objections to the Application Under 11 U.S.C. § 327(e) Authorizing the Employment of Special Counsel for the Debtor In Possession (Dkt. 64) ("Employment Application.").
The Debtor and the United States Trustee have stipulated and agreed that the United States Trustee may have up to and including Wednesday, January 12, 2011, to file a comment, objection or other responsive pleading to the Employment Application.
WHEREFORE, the parties request that this Court approve this agreement and enter it as a Consent Order.
