IN RE DONALD GENE BLANTON, Relator

Original Proceeding from the 86th Judicial District Court Kaufman County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. 23078-86, 23592-86

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Before Chief Justice Wright, Justice Lang, and Justice Brown
Opinion by Justice Lang

By this petition for writ of mandamus, relator seeks an order vacating our opinion in two prior mandamus cases, ordering the trial judge to rule on certain motions addressed in those opinions, and requiring the trial judge to grant a motion for judgment nunc pro tunc. There is no legal basis for the relief relator seeks. We deny the petition.
